The Allied Health program introduces academically talented high school seniors to a variety of health careers available today.  The program includes 7.5 hours per week of classroom time and clinical observations in a healthcare facility.  Clinical experiences are supervised by the program instructor in collaboration with hospital staff.

This program is designed to educate the student to become prepared for the National Registry of EMT's testing and Pennsylvania Department of Health, Bureau of EMS EMT certification. The EMT program objectives: Th prepare competent entry-level Emergency Medical Technician in the Cognitive (Knowledge), Psychomotor (Skills), Affective (Behavior) learning domains.
